Environmental
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. We, too, recognize our responsibility and are actively committed to reducing the CO₂e emissions caused by our business operations.
In 2025, our business operations generated 10.38 metric tons of CO₂, which we fully offset. The slight increase from 9.82 metric tons of CO₂ in 2024 is due to the hiring of new employees.
For 2026, we have set a goal to keep our emissions at least at the current level - ideally, we would like to reduce them further.

Social
We want to create a work environment that promotes the health of our employees and keeps absenteeism due to illness at a consistently low level.
It is important to us not to create the wrong incentives, because no one should come to work when they are sick. That is why we do not focus on absenteeism, but rather on how well our preventive health programs are being utilized. Specifically, we track participation in the health checkup, which we offer to all employees who have been with the company for at least two years.
In addition, a gym - including exercise classes - is available to everyone free of charge. Four times a year, we hold team meetings to discuss the state of our workforce’s health, what’s working well, and what requests, ideas, and additional measures are being proposed.
Economic
The quality of our work and our clients’ satisfaction are our top priorities. That is why we are constantly working to further develop our offerings and consulting services.
To measure our clients’ satisfaction, we collect feedback after the completion of each project. In doing so, we assess both the perceived quality of our work and the likelihood of a referral (Recommendation Score). We compile and systematically analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.
In 2025, our Recommendation Score was 9.2 out of 10. Our goal is to maintain a Recommendation Score consistently above 9.
We recognize that, as a consulting firm focused on sustainability and impact, we must also be successful as a business. We therefore always engage in open discussions about the extent to which internal measures or new, external consulting ideas are both impactful and financially viable.
