Anika Leufen

Anika studied economics and development studies in Mannheim and Kopenhagen, laying an early academic foundation for her work at the intersection of business, development, and sustainability. During her internship with the United Nations Financing for Sustainable Development Office, she deepened her perspective on global financial flows and their significance for sustainable development. Her first professional role was with an association for sustainable investments. There, she focused intensively on impact measurement and management, deepening her technical expertise and contributing through her work to advancing impact transparency in the sustainable financial market. She then worked at ISS-Corporate, where she assessed the sustainability of bonds as well as companies and financial institutions, with a particular focus on reviewing and classifying bond impact reports. She also further expanded her expertise in sustainable finance, ESG analysis, and impact orientation. At evolutiq Impact Advisory GmbH, Anika dedicated herself to the topic of impact and supports the product line centered on impact measurement and management. In her free time, Anika enjoys visiting art exhibitions and discovering new places in Cologne and the surrounding area. She also regularly goes to concerts and finds a balance to her daily work routine through yoga.
