After studying dual corporate banking with Commerzbank and obtaining a Master's degree in Advanced Finance in Madrid, Oliver earned his PhD in Financial Mathematics at the University of Manchester. He gained professional experience at Commerzbank, Stigma Partners, and Morgan Stanley Capital. In 2010, he co-founded ergobag GmbH with three friends, which today operates under the name FOND OF GmbH and manages several bag and backpack brands. He made a name for himself in the real estate industry with the construction of the EULOCO logistics hall in Euskirchen and the fully digitized office property THE SHIP in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. In 2019, Oliver Steinki founded evolutiq GmbH. He is also an investor in various startups and holdings. In 2021, Oliver and Julian Frede founded evolutiq Impact Advisory GmbH as an exciting addition to the activities of the investment manager evolutiq. When Oliver is not working on new ideas and strategies, he enjoys being active in his free time – cycling, skiing, and now also flying with his own pilot's license.
