Jan-Nicolai Tröndle

Nico completed a dual study program at DHBW in Lörrach in the field of Business Administration - Freight Forwarding, Transport & Logistics, and after gaining initial professional experience, he pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Management at HfWU in Nürtingen/Geislingen. After his Master's studies, he gained experience in the real estate industry as a broker for industrial and logistics properties at BNP Paribas Real Estate, before working for three years as Head of Acquisition for LIP Invest in Munich. Since January 2024, he has been identifying suitable plots and overseeing the project developments of new logistics and industrial properties as a Business Development Manager. Outside of the office, you can often find Nico in the mountains. In summer, he enjoys hiking, and in winter, he is on the ski slopes. When he is not in the mountains, he enjoys traveling to foreign countries or playing tennis with his friends.
