Dr. Patrick Greß

Patrick Greß leads projects on impact strategy as well as the measurement and management of social and ecological impact at evolutiq Impact Advisory. As a sparring partner, he supports promotional banks, development finance institutions (DFIs), and impact investors in operationalizing complex impact systems in a practical way and anchoring them strategically. His consulting expertise combines scientific depth with strong communication skills: Patrick completed his training as a business journalist at the Cologne School of Journalism and studied economics and business administration at the University of Cologne and the TH Köln. After working for two years in capital market-oriented communication consulting at FGS Global, he established the "StartUpLab@TH Köln", where he supported student startup teams. In parallel, he completed his PhD in the field of social entrepreneurship and impact drift at the University of Trier. In his free time, Patrick Greß is active as a volunteer coach for a special hockey team in Cologne.
