Silke Wiener

After completing her business administration studies in Aachen, Silke worked for 20 years at McKinsey in various HR roles before taking on the responsibility for building and developing the evolutiq team since the summer of 2020. She is passionate about agile personnel management and strategically collaborating with the team on innovations in HR organization and talent development. With the same enthusiasm, she also provides advice and support to companies in the evolutiq network on strategically important HR topics. She finds her inner balance through yoga and meditation, as well as through jogging with her family in the beautiful Königsforst.
