Thorsten Hotop

Thorsten began his professional career at a savings bank in Cologne, where he was responsible for financing corporations, real estate, and project developments, among other things. Curious about new challenges, he decided to "switch sides of the desk" and initially worked in project development for a privately held company. For the last 16 years, Thorsten has been responsible, among other things as managing director, for the acquisition of new projects and the rental of the developed office spaces of a well-known German project developer. In recent years, he also provided entrepreneurial support on the advisory board for one of the largest development areas in the city of Cologne. At evolutiq, he is responsible for the acquisition and rental of our properties. When time allows, Thorsten enjoys the wind in his face while running in the woods and on motorcycle tours.
