Tim Barthel
Associate | Real Estate
After studying industrial engineering with a focus on real estate, Tim gained valuable experience in real estate valuation and the real estate funds of Deka in Frankfurt – both as an intern and as a working student. Recently, Tim has been supporting the evolutiq team as an Associate in Investment Management. In this role, he incorporates his technical and analytical interest in the real estate industry and contributes to the successful implementation of projects. In his free time, Tim loves to spend time with friends and family, try out new sports, or be active while swimming and training. As a newly minted choice resident of Cologne, he is also enthusiastically exploring the city and its cozy cafés and occasionally dedicates himself to creative side projects.
