Challenge of transitioning from Single-Tenant to Multi-Tenant:
The conversion of a Single-Tenant property into a Multi-Tenant property posed the challenge of designing the fire protection separation of the space in such a way that leasing the first floor to multiple parties became possible. For this purpose, the first floor was divided by a fire protection wall. In addition, all supply media were rebuilt and modernized.
