In close cooperation, Blackbear and evolutiq successfully completed the renovation of the property "THE WHITE HOUSE" on Rather Straße in Düsseldorf in just 2.5 months. While Blackbear took over the leasing, evolutiq was responsible for the technical consulting.

Challenge of converting a Single-Tenant property to a Multi-Tenant property:
The conversion of a Single-Tenant property into a Multi-Tenant property presented the challenge of creating a fire protection division of the area in such a way that leasing the first floor to multiple parties became possible. For this purpose, the first floor was divided by a fire protection wall. In addition, all supply media were reconfigured and modernized.
