Cologne, October 2, 2024 – evolutiq GmbH & Nreps Logicenters announce the successful rental of state-of-the-art logistics and office spaces in Meckenheim to the E-Commerce fulfillment service provider PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH.

The multifunctional property is being developed by a joint venture between Logicenters, Nreps’ development and management platform for logistics properties, and a German family office. The project sets high standards in terms of efficiency and sustainability and is being realized in collaboration with the Cologne-based investment and asset management company evolutiq GmbH.

The flexible usage concept of the commercial property offers companies ideal conditions for modern production, storage, and logistics solutions. "With the long-term lease, we are securing not only our preferred location in Meckenheim but also providing our employees and customers with state-of-the-art spaces that meet the latest ESG requirements," explains Tobias Derek, Managing Director of PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH. "These new spaces enable us to continue on the path to climate neutrality and position our company for the future," he adds.

The location offers excellent transport connections to the A565 and A61 motorways, allowing quick access to the metropolitan areas of Cologne and Bonn. Sustainability is the focus of the project: the property aims for DGNB Gold certification and is equipped with photovoltaic systems and energy-efficient heating systems. In addition, the hall impresses with a ceiling height of 12.2 meters for modern shelving solutions, multiple loading ramps, and barrier-free, high-quality office spaces.

PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH will occupy about half of the available approximately 23,000 m² of hall space in the first quarter of 2026. The lease was successfully concluded through the mediation of the Cologne branch of BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH.
