Cologne/Düsseldorf, July 2, 2024 – evolutiq, an investment and asset management company based in Cologne, and Logicenters, NREP's development and management platform for logistics properties, have successfully secured another plot for the development of a multifunctional building for the production, light industrial, and logistics sectors in Hanau. The closing of the transaction took place at the end of June 2024. It expands the portfolio of the joint venture established in Q3/2023 with NREP.

On the approximately 22,300 m² large plot, a modern multifunctional commercial property with about 13,500 m² of rental space is to be developed, reflecting the sustainability goals of the joint venture. Completion of the property is planned for Q2/2026. The property will be built at Donaustraße 15 in the midst of the Hanau-Nord industrial area and is characterized by its immediate connection to the A66 and A45 motorways.

evolutiq and Logicenters are active as developers and asset managers within the framework of the joint venture to successfully implement the project.
