Düsseldorf/ Köln, December 2, 2024 – evolutiq and Nreps development and management platform for logistics properties, Logicenters, continue their successful course and have acquired another promising plot of land in the Stuttgart metropolitan region for the development of a modern, multifunctional commercial property for the joint venture.

The approximately 23,000 m² large plot is planned for flexible production, storage, and office spaces over approximately 15,000 m². A DGNB Gold certification is aimed for the sustainable project, among other things through the use of photovoltaic systems, green roofs and facades, as well as an efficient heat pump. Completion is planned for Q1/2027.
