On the approximately 23,000 m² large property, flexible production, storage, and office spaces are planned over about 15,000 m². For this sustainable project, a DGNB Gold certification is being pursued, among other things, through the use of photovoltaic systems, green roofs and facades, as well as an efficient heat pump. Completion is scheduled for Q1/2027.

The property is being established in a highly attractive location in the Kornwestheim Nord industrial area, which offers optimal connections to the A81 and A8 highways as well as proximity to the Stuttgart Container Terminal and the Stuttgart highway interchange.
