Official kick-off for a significant project: With the official handover of the building permit, the multifunctional commercial project in Hanau has taken a big step forward. At the photo opportunity with Mayor Claus Kaminsky, representatives from Logicenters, evolutiq, Phase 5, Köster, and the future long-term tenant BECHER GmbH & Co. KG jointly signaled the start of the next construction phase.

On an approximately 22,000 m² plot of land in Hanau, a modern, sustainable commercial property with warehouse, office, and exhibition spaces will be developed by the beginning of Q4/2026. The project is being realized by Logicenters (Nrep) and a German family office, accompanied by evolutiq GmbH as the project developer and Köster GmbH as the general contractor. The property has already been leased long-term to BECHER and provides an important impetus for new jobs as well as the economic strengthening of Hanau as an innovative and forward-looking location.
