The business park is being built on an approximately 100,000 m² large plot of land and includes three multifunctional halls with a total rental area of around 59,200 m². The flexible space structures allow for use by large-scale tenants as well as multi-tenant leasing to smaller companies. The first partial completion is expected at the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.

“With the issuance of the building permit, we have reached a crucial milestone. The project offers forward-looking space for the logistics sector in one of the most dynamic regions of Northwestern Germany,” says Lutz Belles, responsible project manager on the side of evolutiq.

“Thanks to the excellent location at the Lotte/Osnabrück junction with direct access to the A1 and A30 motorways, as well as proximity to trimodal transshipment centers, the site offers ideal conditions for companies operating on a regional level,” adds Frank grote Hölmann, managing director of IMMO-LOG. The planned DGNB Gold certification, a modern energy concept with photovoltaic systems, and barrier-free construction emphasize the sustainable and innovative orientation of the project.

With the granted building permit, the conditions have been created to likely start construction at the end of 2025. Marketing to potential tenants is already underway – regional companies have also expressed strong interest.
