Hamlin Shekhmus

Hamlin successfully completed her Master of Sciences in Real Estate Management, focused on project development, at the HAWK in Holzminden. During her studies, she worked two years as a student trainee at BEOS AG, supporting teams and developing her knowledge in asset management and project development.

After completing her studies, Hamlin joined Terra Kapitalverwaltung, where she led the asset management for the daycare center real estate class.

As a junior asset manager at evolutiq, she is responsible for the income and value-oriented management of the real estate portfolio.

In her leisure time, she enjoys sports, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
