Jan-Nicolai Tröndle

Nico completed an undergrade study program at the DHBW in Lörrach with majors in Business Administration – Forwarding, Transport & Logistics and, after gaining initial professional experience, went on to complete a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management at the HfWU in Nürtingen/Geislingen.

After completing his master’s degree, he gained experience in the real estate sector as a broker for industrial and logistics properties at BNP Paribas Real Estate before working as Head of Acquisition for LIP Invest in Munich for three years. Since January 2024, as Manager Business Development, he has been identifying suitable properties and overseeing the project development of new logistics and industrial properties.

Outside the office, Nico can often be found in the mountains. Hiking in summer, skiing in winter. When he’s not in the mountains, he enjoys traveling to foreign countries or playing tennis with his friends.
