Lutz Belles

After studying industrial engineering and technical logistics, Lutz worked for thyssenkrupp in various roles and countries. In the process, he gained global experience in the realization of projects in large-scale plant engineering. After his last position in a large corporation, he came back to the Rhineland from China almost 4 years ago and managed the procurement area for FOND OF.

At evolutiq, he is primarily responsible for the realization of project developments and all topics related to the leasing of our properties.

In his private life, Lutz is a passionate skier and in the summer he finds pleasure in racing bike tours.
