Nikolas Ley

After his training as a real estate agent, Nikolas worked in commercial real estate management at various companies. In order to gain a better understanding of the technical aspects of the real estate business, he completed a further education course to become a technical specialist at the Institute for Management Studies in Cologne.

Nikolas is currently studying business administration at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and supports evolutiq in the area of real estate investments as a trainee.

In his free time, Nikolas can be found jogging in Cologne’s urban city forests or – when on vacation – on a sailing trip.
