Thorsten Hotop

Thorsten began his career at a Cologne-based savings bank, where his responsibilities included corporate finance, real estate and project development. Curious about new challenges, he decided to change “sides of the desk” and initially worked in project development for an owner-managed company.  For the last 16 years, Thorsten was responsible, among other things, as managing director for the acquisition of new projects and the leasing of developed office space for a well-known German project developer. In recent years, he also provided entrepreneurial support on the advisory board for one of the largest development sites in the city of Cologne.

At evolutiq, he is responsible for the acquisition and leasing of our properties.

When he has time to do so, Thorsten enjoys jogging in the forest and feeling the fresh wind on his face during motorcycle tours.
